Very happy, quoted the price on the phone, came on time, finished in a reasonable time, fence does what it is supposed to do. He upgraded just the sections that needed to be upgraded and even went the extra step to add a couple of extra post holes to hold the gate portion upright when open. He moved the latches so I can now lock and unlock without help. The tension used to be way too tight. Now it is perfect! Tom was super friendly and educated us that leaving pool towels to dry on the fence can damage the fence. We will not be doing that going forward. We even forgot to tell him we wanted an automatic gate (along with 2 manual gates) and he was so helpful to come back and install it. This was an absolutely traumatizing experience. As I was in the hospital with him I spent all night and morning calling local and big chain suppliers to find someone to come out and install a gate around our pool. After being told by several companies it would be weeks I stumbled upon Baby Barrier Of Mid Florida. I left Tom a message at 8 in the morning and within the hour he called back. Tom quoted me a great price for high quality barrier and ask when I would want him to come out. I responded “ASAP”. Tom originally told me that the earliest possibility would be Friday. I explained what happened yesterday and without hesitation Tom responded that he would come out today after he finished his last job .He even showed up earlier than he initially said.
