We called Tom and he was there the next day and assessed the damage to our pool safety fence.  He upgraded just the sections that needed to be upgraded and even went the extra step to add a couple of extra post holes to hold the gate portion upright when open.  He moved the latches so I can now lock and unlock without help.  The tension used to be way too tight.  Now it is perfect! Tom was super friendly and educated us that leaving pool towels to dry on the fence can damage the fence.  We will not be doing that going forward.
